Every session is designed around you. Together we’ll explore your experiences and challenges, and build a bespoke plan that fits your goals. This might include: Building confidence for dating, social groups, or friendships Practising conversation skills Creating or refining dating app profiles Reviewing social experiences or text conversations Developing strategies for maintaining and deepening friendships I offer a free introductory no-obligation chat either over the phone or over messaging to see if we are a good fit. When you are ready to schedule a session, you can choose whether to meet me online (nationwide) or in person (selected areas of Dorset and Hampshire). Online sessions - £55 (1 hour) In-person sessions - £75 (1 hour) My experience and qualifications: MSc Psychology (Distinction) Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society Research focused on autism, dating & relationships submitted for publication Experience in NHS neurodiversity & mental health services Background in trauma-informed support (including domestic & sexual violence services) Currently working in NHS mental health research
