As a Holistic Therapist I offer support in a compassionate and non-judgemental approach using 25yrs clinical experience in NHS as a High Intensity Mental Health Counsellor and Supervisor integrating science and universal knowledge to help clients look at their life from a different perspective. Often clients can make great changes to their health and well-being by using simple techniques to help align, heal and nourish their mind, body & spirit. Holistic means looking at the 'whole' mind and body. We exist in a spectrum of consciousness... We are multi dimensional beings, transmuting through dreams, visions & creativity enabling us to explore & access our true potential.
