We provide a platform for Practitioners to list their services and for Clients to search for and contact them.

We are a directory service only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Definitions

• "User" refers to any individual who visits or uses the Site, including both Clients and Practitioners.

• "Practitioner" refers to a business, therapist, or professional who registers a profile to list their services on the Site.

• "Client" refers to a user who browses the Site to find wellness services.

• "Content" refers to text, images, videos, reviews, and other material posted on the Site.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

4. Specific Terms for Practitioners

If you register as a Practitioner to list your business:

• Professional Credentials: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary qualifications, licenses, insurance, and certifications required by law to provide the services you advertise.

• Subscriptions & Payment:

  • We offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Earth, Water, Air, Spirit).

  • By selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the applicable fees (monthly or annually) as displayed at checkout.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• Listing Content: You are solely responsible for the content of your listing. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Holistics Hub is not a healthcare provider.

• The content on this Site, including Practitioner profiles and blog posts, is for informational purposes only.

• We do not screen, vet, or endorse the specific medical skills of the Practitioners listed.

• For Clients: Always seek the advice of your Doctor/Consultant or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Holistics Hub.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.

• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site (e.g., hacking, spamming, uploading viruses).

• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users without their consent.

• We are not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Practitioner or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from.

• Any transaction or agreement formed is solely between the Client and the Practitioner.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
